2. General information on data processing
The protection of personal data is important to us. Personal data is only processed on this website insofar as this is necessary for operating the website, communicating with interested parties and clients and providing the services offered, or where corresponding consent has been given.
Personal data is processed in particular on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).
3. Visiting the website and server log files
When you visit this website, the web server may process technically necessary information. This may include in particular:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Page or file accessed
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser and browser version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Access status or HTTP status code
This processing serves the technical provision of the website and ensures its stability and security.
Insofar as the processing is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests, it is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of this website.
Hosting provider: Host Europe GmbH
Server location: European Union (data centre in Strasbourg, France)
Storage period of server log files: The log files are deleted as part of the hosting provider's automatic log rotation once the period defined there has expired.
4. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email or phone, the personal data you provide will be processed in order to handle your enquiry and enable the related communication.
This may include in particular your name, email address, phone number and the information you provide as part of your enquiry.
Insofar as your enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, the processing is based, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and communication pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is only stored for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry or as long as statutory retention and documentation obligations apply.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are pieces of information that can be stored on or read from your device.
This website does not use any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes when you visit. Technically necessary cookies are only used insofar as they are required for operating the website or for functions you have expressly requested.
Should technically unnecessary cookies or comparable technologies be used in the future, in particular for analytics or marketing purposes, this will only happen with your prior consent. This privacy policy will then be supplemented accordingly.
6. Embedded content and external services
No content from external providers is embedded on this website. Fonts and graphics are delivered directly from our server; no data is transferred to third parties for this.
The references to LinkedIn, Instagram and fraubilgeri.at are simple links. Data is only transferred to these providers when you follow such a link. Processing on the linked pages is subject to the privacy notices of the respective providers.
7. Web analytics with Matomo
This website uses the open-source software Matomo to evaluate visits statistically. Matomo runs on our own web server at our hosting provider. The data is not passed on to third parties.
Matomo is configured so that no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device. Your IP address is shortened before it is stored, so that it cannot be traced back to you.
This includes in particular: shortened IP address, pages visited, date and time of access, time spent on the page, referrer URL, browser, operating system and screen resolution.
The purpose is to improve the website on the basis of anonymous usage statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No data is transferred to third countries. The raw data is deleted after 180 days; after that, only aggregated statistics without any personal reference remain.
You can object to the processing at any time, for example by email to the address given below.
8. Recipients and processors
External service providers that process personal data may be used for operating this website and providing our services.
This includes in particular the hosting provider. In addition, technical service providers and providers of the services we use may be included.
Insofar as service providers process personal data on our behalf, this is done on the basis of corresponding agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Personal data is only transferred to other recipients if there is a corresponding legal basis for this.
9. Data transfers to third countries
Insofar as personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area in the context of individual services, such a transfer only takes place in compliance with the statutory requirements.
More detailed information on a possible transfer to third countries and its legal basis is provided for the respective services.
10. Storage period
Personal data is generally only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose of processing.
In addition, data may be stored insofar as statutory retention obligations exist or further storage is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Once the respective purpose no longer applies and the relevant retention periods have expired, the data is deleted unless there is another legal basis for its further processing.
11. Rights of data subjects
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right to:
- Access to information on the processing of your personal data
