Leadership
Leadership under pressure
Even experienced leaders get into situations in which a familiar reaction is faster than a conscious decision. A task is left undone and we take it over ourselves. A conflict becomes uncomfortable and we do not address what matters. Or we make a decision before we have sufficiently checked what the situation actually needs. This can work in the short term. At the same time, it changes how responsibility is distributed and how others perceive their role.

What Mastermind You makes visible for leadership
Mastermind You starts where your own reaction begins to co-determine how you lead.
This is not about looking for the cause of every difficult situation in yourself. A structural problem needs a structural solution. A necessary decision remains a necessary decision.
It is about being able to tell the two apart: what is actually happening right now? And what am I bringing into this situation myself?
Once this difference becomes recognisable, it is easier to check: what belongs to my role? What can stay with the other person? And what needs to be decided or addressed now?
Self-leadership becomes visible in everyday leadership
Mastermind You works with a seven-step process. For leadership, this means noticing your own reaction earlier and, under pressure, checking again what the situation actually needs.
This shows where leadership becomes concrete: in decisions, delegation, boundaries, feedback and conflicts.
Personal leadership support
The focus is on a concrete leadership situation or a recurring dynamic in everyday leadership. The support combines work on the current situation with a look at what influences the reaction.
